What is priority generation queue?
During peak times, Season VIP requests are processed ahead of the standard queue — so your Planning Sheets finish sooner when demand is high.
What if a generation fails?
If the run fails on our side, credits for that attempt are returned to your account. See our refund policy for details on purchases and edge cases.
Do credits expire?
No. Paid pack credits never expire. Buy once for this season’s project and use them whenever you’re ready.
How do credits work?
Best quality (default): 2/3/4 credits at 1K/2K/4K — includes your design, numbered plants, and DIY list. Quick preview: 1 credit. New accounts get 2 free credits (one Best sheet at 1K). Resolution: Free = 1K; Starter = up to 2K; Yard Project Pack & Season Pass = up to 4K. Paid packs never expire.
What if I don’t like the result?
Use Fine-tune with new instructions, or generate again with a different style. Credits are only returned when a generation fails on our side — not for taste preferences.
